Furnace Cleaning and Safety Inspection
Our full service 32-Point cleaning and safety inspection includes cleaning the system, checking for carbon monoxide leaks, visual inspection of the heat exchanger for cracks or holes as well as the operation of all components and airflow balance. By the time we leave your house, we will be confident all necessary checks will have been done, your questions answered and your equipment is running safely and efficiently as possible.
Common furnace system problems can result from:
- Loosened duct work due to normal thermal expansion and contraction;
- Blower motor bearings in need of lubrication;
- Clogged air filter;
- Dirty blower fan blades and/or dirty evaporator coil.
An inspection can also find and repair less obvious problems like:
- Improperly firing burners;
- Blocked condensate drain;
- Loose wiring harnesses;
- Oxidation buildup causing weakened ignitor.
An inspection can also find cracks or holes in the heat exchanger causing poisonous carbon monoxide (CO) in the home resulting in sickness, or in some cases, even death.

Our full service 24-Point cleaning and inspection includes cleaning the system, checking refrigerant levels, inspecting and checking all electrical connections, operation of all components and airflow balance. By the time we leave your house, we will be confident all necessary checks will have been done, your questions answered and your equipment is running as efficiently as possible.
Common A/C system problems can result from:
- A failed blower motor;
- Clogged air filter;
- Dirty blower fan blades and/or dirty evaporator coil;
- Slowly leaking refrigerant from the AC system.
An inspection can also find and repair less obvious problems like:
- Blocked condensate drain;
- Loose or frayed wiring;
- Nature infestations (mice, earwigs, etc.).
An inspection can also find weakened components likely to cause equipment failure in the future.
